Bibliophiles will love this film: Epilogue: The Futue of Print. As part of an undergraduate thesis, Hanah Ryu Chung interviewed independent book sellers and print publishers and artists in the Toronto book community about the future of print. The end result was this delightful documentary.
While the film does present the argument in a familiar framework (print v. digital), the subjects who are interviewed understand that the debate doesn’t need to be cast as one technology replacing another. There is room for both; let’s just not forget the benefits and unique experience that is offered by the printed page. (Courtesy of Brain Pickings.)
